  12. I think one of the most important criteria for choosing a hard disk formatter is speed.
  13. I tried both formatters on my new Quantum 240 LPS an found that hard disk toolkit is a lot
  14. faster than Silverlining (I had Silverlining 5.31/14 and HDT 1.2 Personal Edition)
  15. Formatting and partitioning is easy with both of them.
