- My friend asked me to look into her Powerbook 140. It doesn't startup
- correctly when the power button is pressed. Specifically, when the button is
- pressed, I hear the speaker click and the screen light up, but I don't hear
- the usual startup chord. Sometimes the hard drive spins up and sometimes
- it doesn't. I was wondering if this was an easy-to-fix problem; i.e. is it
- just a loose connector which I can tighten by opening case to access it? Or
- is it a more complex problem? Mail or post. Thanks.
