  12. I have an SE/30 with a High Density drive.  Lately, the drive insists that 
  13. most of the disks I insert are write-protected when , in fact, they are not.
  14. If I eject and reinsert the disk, the lock indicator will eventually go out.
  15. Sometimes this takes several tries.  This problem is becoming more frequent.

  17. I have tried cleaning the sensor post with disk head cleaning solution, but
  18. it doesnUt seem to help.  Has anyone had similar problems?  Is there a fix
  19. that doesnUt involve replacing the drive?
