  12. We're having a problem with a MegaGraphics 19" Monochrome Monitor.  It
  13. has, on several occasions, shrunken the screen to a .5" high band in the
  14. middle on the screen.  Usually it returns to its former self after a few
  15. seconds.  A few minutes ago, it stayed as the band until I turned it off
  16. (several times) for about 30 seconds each time.  Then I turned it back
  17. on, and the screen returned.

  19. Any ideas about what the problem is, who to fix it, what the part might
  20. be, or if MegaGraphics is still in business?
