  14.     I have a RasterOps 364 card which worked very well inmy Mac
  15. IIsi. Recently, and almost simultaneously, I upgraded to a Mac IIcx adn
  16. System 7.1. Now the problem is that although I'm still able to grab
  17. still images, I can't record QuickTime movies. Adobe premiere, Media
  18. Grabber, and other software just beeps when I hit their respective
  19. 'RECORD' buttons. Only one PD QuickTime grabber says that the grabbing
  20. software cannot be found (apparently this is the VDIG).

  22.     Deleted all but the threee RasterOps ext/cp's from control panel
  23. (except QT) and still nothing. Here's my setup:

  25. Mac IIcx
  26. 20 meg RAM, 210 meg HD
  27. Usual inits installed:    NOW Utilities 4.0 (and I deleted the Toolbox!)
  28.             Startup manager (NOW)
  29.             ColorSwitch
  30.             QuickTime
  31.             Apollo 1.0
  32.             Disinfectant 2.9
  33.             DeskPicture (NOW 3.0)
  34.             Dialog View
  35.             Mode 32 (with 32 bit mode on of course)

  37. Now, with all the above deleted, it STILL happened. Of course, RasterOps
  38. knows NOTHING about this. I have the newest drivers and the latest
  39. hardware. I even tried putting the card in a different NuBus slot. If
  40. anyone can tell me what the problem is, PLEASE DO! E-mail me.
