  12.   Is the StyleWrite II print driver available from any of the normal outlets
  13. (ftp.apple.com, et al.) or is it only available bundled with the printer?
  14. I'm asking because I have an original StyleWriter and I've read that the new
  15. driver works well with the original, including the Gray scale functions. I'm
  16. not expecting the speed increase or anything, but I'm curious.
