  18.     Under system 7, you always have the <command><option><escape> 
  19. combination for "Force quit". The LC will also reboot with 
  20. <command><control><power on>.

  22.     Do you have MacsBug or the Programmers switch init? Both of those
  23. can be triggered to achieve these and other effects with <command><power on>.
