- HI, I've just upgraded a IIsi and had 4 spare 1meg 80ns SIMMs. I used 2 to
- upgrade an LC11, and hoped to put the remaining 2 in an SE which had 4x256k
- simms. This was not successful ,so we tried putting all 4 1meg simms in the
- SE, and got a working machine which only reported 2meg of ram. Can you mix
- 256k and 1meg simms in an Se, and if so, which combinations of simm slots
- should be used? Alternaitvely, if I get 2 more SImms, how do I get the Se
- to report 4meg of ram? PS, with the 4x256k SIMMs, the SE had 1meg, and we
- checked the 1meg simms in the lcII and they all worked.
