  14. What I haven't heard yet (or I missed it) is how InterCon and ICE intend to
  15. support existing uAccess customers. Is uAccess now a product that falls
  16. under the InterCon tech support umbrella? Does ICE still provide support?
  17. Where do upgrades come from for people who own and ICE-labeled version?
