  14. I am looking for a good(and inexpensive) package for performing
  15. network analysis.  Analysis of such things as minimum weight
  16. spanning trees, shortest/longest path of directed and undirected
  17. trees etc.

  19. If such a package doesnt exist any pointers in the direction of
  20. algorithmic source code would be appreciated.
