  20. One thing you might want to try is adjusting the setting on one of the
  21. control
  22. panels that deals with the serial port, whose name I don't remember
  23. offhand --
  24. probably "Serial Switch" or something clever. I believe some MIDI
  25. equipment
  26. has difficulty communicating with the serial port at the higher speeds a
  27. 950
  28. is capable of, and this control panel adjusts the speed, thus resolving
  29. the
  30. problem. It is part of System 7 and should be on your intaller disks, if
  31. it
  32. isn't currently in your control panels folder. Good luck!
