- This depends to some extent on what you want to do. I haven't used
- True Basic, so perhaps shouldn't comment, but I believe because it's
- intended to run on many platforms, so far as graphics and other
- capabilities are concerned you may be largely limited to the user
- interface built into True Basic itself; and can only take limited
- advantage of the unique Mac GUI capabilities. And for some of the
- extended capabilities you may have to buy not only the program itself
- but various of the additional libraries.

- Microsoft QuickBASIC on the other hand provides quite full (and
- quite easy) direct access to all the Mac GUI and Mac Toolbox
- capabilities, menus, windows, QuickDraw commands, dialog boxes,
- buttons, scroll bars, and so on; allowing one to build and compile
- fully Mac-like double-clickable applications.
