- In my last post, I mentioned artWorks' use of temporary memory for
- document storage as "against Apple guidelines". That was incorrect.
- Use of temp memory for document storage is perfectly reasonable in
- System 7, and (as I noted in my previous post), it has big advantages
- when the document sizes can vary widely.

- This use of MultiFinder temporary memory is not possible in System 6,
- where such memory must be released between calls to WaitNextEvent.
