  19.    Just to add a few minor points: (1) QuickBASIC for the Mac
  20. (available for around $45) is quite good and is a very useful
  21. programming language for the Mac just as it stands, though it's not
  22. clear if Microsoft will ever upgrade it; (2) ZBasic for the Mac has
  23. very recently been replaced by a highly upgraded and sophisticated
  24. version called "FutureBASIC" (Zedcor, Inc., 1-800-428-4567, listing at
  25. around $400, I believe), which I haven't tried, but which appears to
  26. have a lot of horsepower behind it.
