  23. That's an interesting definition of a utility. Mine would be something
  24. like: "Software that adds functionality to the operating system." Now that
  25. would cover everything from Norton Utils to SuperClock!.

  27. A VERY precise definition would be needed for a group with such a vague
  28. name.

  30. As before, what is this doing in .apps? Why not discuss it in .misc where
  31. it belongs?
