- Well, Word's graphic tools are hardly the best, but they're probably
- adequate for what you're doing.
-
- Given that, read up on the Glossary feature of Word.
-
- Basically, you'll want to select each symbol you've created, select
- 'Glossary' and define a new entry, naming the symbol with a unique
- keyword.
-
- From then on, you will be able to insert that symbol by selecting the
- Glossary keyword. (Shortcut: When typing, press <Command-Delete> and type
- enough of the keyword to be unique. Press return and the symbol should be
- inserted.)
-
- You'll want to save the changes to your Glossary once you are finished.
- You can either choose to save it in the Standard Glossary or create a
- custom Glossary (using Save when the Glossary dialog is up). You will
- need to load the custom Glossary when you need it, however. (The Standard
- Glossary automatically loads each time you run Word.)
-
- Good luck!
