  12. Hi. My friend recently upgraded to Word 5.1a. He has a stylewriter I printer
  13. and has had trouble using the new envelope feature on Word. 
  14.  
  15. The page set up options seem messed up.  When he tries to print an
  16. envelope, he does not have an envelope option to click on for the
  17. paper size. (I am talking about the size at the type of the dialog
  18. box- not the menu which allows you to pick which size of envelope.)
  19. Instead of an envelope option, he has an international fax option.

  21. This is strange because when he goes to teh Page Setup menu while
  22. in a document, the envelope option is there --not the international fax
  23. option.

  25. The page set up options in the envelope printing box also have
  26. a 'computer paper' option instead of 'custom paper size' option. The
  27. custom paper size option exists when he choses Page Seteup in a 
  28. document.

  30. Basically, he is unable to use the envelope command now, because he cannot
  31. chose 'Envelope' as his paper type.  Can anyone help? Did he install
  32. Word 5.1 incorrectly?

  34. He is using Stylewriter driver 7.2.2
