- I had a similar problem with converting last year's form. In my case
- the machine just froze and I had to restart. I was able to fix the
- problem by restarting with extensions off. I suppose I could have
- figurered out what was causing the conflict, but based on my
- experience with ChipSoft last year, I didn't think they would do
- anything about it anyway.
