  20. I had a similar problem with converting last year's form.  In my case
  21. the machine just froze and I had to restart.  I was able to fix the
  22. problem by restarting with extensions off.  I suppose I could have
  23. figurered out what was causing the conflict, but based on my
  24. experience with ChipSoft last year, I didn't think they would do
  25. anything about it anyway.
