- I think the point here is that when his mutual funds dividends are
- reinvested, the purchase price is different than when he originally bought
- his fund. I have tried to resolve this problem myself, and haven't found
- a good solution. There must be some finance guys out there who know the
- proper method to calculate return is this case. How about posting a
- reply?
