  13. Does anyone know of a PD/Shareware (or commercial, but perferably one of the
  14. others) program that would allow me to establish an FTP connection over a 
  15. modem?  I have a need to connect to MSU's VAX from my room, where all I have
  16. is a lowly 2400 baud Hayes-compatible modem.  Can anyone suggest a way to do
  17. this?
