- This sounds about the same as 'fastse.com'.
-
- Fastse was posted, uuencoded, quite some time ago (about a year), and I am
- sure that there are no archives that old. All I would be able to get for you
- would be the program, no docs, and no test program. The docs mentioned who
- wrote it, and the usual freeware stuff. The test program was something that
- timed the CPU, something like number of seconds to count to a trillion or
- something. It was to show that there was a speed improvment. SI will do the
- same. I would be more than happy to post it uuencoded (as that is how I got
- it) but for now, I am still waiting for my next notebook to be shipped to me.
- The person from who I bought it has been very busy, and I do not know when
- that will be. BUT WHEN IT COMES, I'LL POST. If you can find turbose, take
- that. It sounds to be the same.
-
- I also had a backlight control program, and some pascal that controlled a
- bunch of the system things. I do not know if I can redistribute the pascal
- code, but if you are intrested in it let me know within the next week, and
- I'll restore it from a backup of my account, and talk to the person who wrote
- it to see if I can send it. In a week or two the backup will be overwritten
- and it will be gone forever!
