  13. I would like to connect my Toshiba T1000 to my desktop PC to allow me to 
  14. use the desktop's hard drive as a storage place for files I use on my 
  15. laptop.  I envision a connection between the serial ports on the two 
  16. machines, using a null modem cable.  What I am unclear about is the 
  17. appropriate protocol/software needed to do this easily.
