  10. I just want to tell a little story.

  12. About atwo months ago, I ordered a Zeos 386/25 Freestyle notebook with all the
  13. nice trimmings.  This company has been nothing but evasive and unhelpful. 
  14. After trying to get a confirmed shipping date from these clown for months, and
  15. being put off for "just a few more weeks.... 5 or 6" I finally just got fed up
  16. and cancelled my order.  Low and behold, when I called their computer was down
  17. and they couldn't even CANCEL.  So they call me back in 2 hours and say that
  18. they can't cancel because my order shipped "this morning!"  (What a
  19. coincidence, huh?  RIGHT.)

  21. I have decided to refuse their order when it arrives.  Reason?  Well, other
  22. than stubborn principle, can you imagine what it's going to be like trying to
  23. get them to get off their asses and SERVICE it for free?  They don't even move
  24. with a $2,700 check waving in their faces.  Besides, I've heard rumours that
  25. they're in bad financial shape (big surprise).
