  14. The "AIX Communication Handbook" (red book) proclaimes that:
  15. (page 260)
  16. "NFS system servers are easy. Basically [...] when new client hosts are added
  17. to the network, update the /etc/exports to allow those clients to 
  18. access the file systems on the NFS server"  
  19.  
  20. It simply does not work. New entries are ignored. 
  21. Am I forgetting about something?

  23. It may be that my problem is trivial, but I can not figure out
  24. what is happening. In addition it seems that there is no manual 
  25. for NFS on our continent.
