  12. I have installed the binaries for X11R5 on the RT (available at brazos.is.
  13. rice.edu) and everything is installed correctly, however, when I run either
  14. xinit or startx, it says "Killed," and I have no idea why.  Any ideas?
  15. Hence, I can't run a window manager, etc., etc., which is really annoying.
  16. ( personally, I can only stare at a grey screen with an X cursor in the 
  17. middle for a little while :-) )
