  34. As far as I know you need a lot more than just an interface. You probably need a
  35. complete new circuit for computer data. The compression algorithms used by the
  36. minidisk are not "1:1", i.e. you do not get the exact information back when you
  37. decompress.

  39. We have had some discussions here whether or not it is possible to use minidisk
  40. for storing computer data. It should be possible to store approx. 200 MB on such
  41. a disk, with a lot of compression. The problem is: Does the minidisk uses a
  42. track/sector scheme like ordinary computer disks do? As far as I know, it
  43. doesn't. So if you want to connect the minidisk to a computer, you need a new
  44. controller mechanism. Am I right?
