- This is covered in the user's guide. If you look at the second page of
- the BIOS setup screen (CTRL-ALT-ESC from the initial BIOS screen during
- boot up), there is a setting for CPU speed. When this is set to FAST,
- the TURBO button is disabled. If you need to slow down the machine for
- some application, you should change this setting in the BIOS. You can
- then control the speed of the machine using the TURBO button.
