  16. One way is to use the DECWRL ftpmail server.  To find out how to use
  17. it, send a one-line message to ftpmail@pa.dec.com (or
  18. ...!uunet!decwrl!ftpmail or decwrl::ftpmail).  The subject line can be
  19. anything you want since it will be ignored.  The text of the message
  20. should be one unquoted lowercase word: "help".
