  10. I've downloaded TOOLS.EXE from seq.uncwil.edu and followed the
  11. instructions in  tools.readme (TOOLS -d ) but nothing very interesting
  12. happened except that my PC " stalled " .
  13. Does anybody know how to decompile this file ?
