- I don't know why I'm telling you this :-), but it would seem to
- me that the logical person to take over such a project would
- be Jan Britteonson <bson@gnu.ai.mit.edu> because:

- a) He wrote STAR and intimately familiar w/ the 48
- b) He was supposed to be (last I heard) writing the GNU
- C interpreter for the FSF, and thus presumably has a C compiler
- background.

- Unfortunately, he's probably too busy, but it seems to me he'd be the
- person to ask.
