- Execute On-D, Drop, Eval and write it down on paper? Heh. If you really
- need a program to print it, you'll need a little program, which someone
- here should be able to provide you.
-
- >2) Where can I get the cheap serial cable( less than ten dolllars)?
-
- Well, [cough] I just so happen to distribute them here in the U.S. for
- Allan Peterson. Actually, we just sell the HP-48 connector, not the entire
- cable. They cost $3. For more info, e-mail me.
-
- >3) What software is nessary to download and upload to a pc( is it built in)?
-
- You need a terminal program that speaks Kermit, or the Kermit file transfer
- program itself. Kermit is built into the HP-48.
-
- >4) How do I cause an alarm to sound when the calculator is off?
-
- Hmm? Generally alarms will cause the calculator to turn itself back on and
- start chirping.
-
- >5) Is there a public domain appointment book program avaiable?
-
- Yes, try the HP-48 FTP site seq.uncwil.edu. If you decide to look at
- commercial programs, you might want to look at Sparcom's Personal
- Information Manager. As far as Sparcom programs go, this one isn't bad.
