  26. I think they are tuned to get the greatest heat transfer to water.

  29. The fact that the same frequency also heats fats well is by the by;
  30. no doubt a frequency could be picked which wouldn't heat fats much, but
  31. than as far as the water goes, it wouldn't be the best.
