  11. Regarding how to disable the infernal beep on the HP.  On my 28S I had to set
  12. flag number 51.  Do this by typing 51 SF.  I assume that the flags are more or
  13. less identical between the 28 and 48.  You can also look up Flags in the index
  14. of your owner manual.  Somewhere you should have a list of all of the flags and
  15. what they do.  Another nice one (I can't remember the number off hand) sets the
  16. HP to automatically give you 3.14159265... when you enter the pi symbol.
