- Thanks for the thoughtful, informative review. Some questions though:
-
- 1. How do you like the screen, compared to the T1000se say?
-
- 2. How much does the ram expansion card cost? Is it PCMCIA compatible?
- Can you set it up as a disk, like the T1000SE?
-
- 3. Is an internal modem available? If so, what speed and cost?
-
- 4. How large is the AC adapter and how much does it weigh?
-
-
- My personal preference would be for a machine of this class with
- PCMCIA slots and no disk, but still with the larger-than-ZEOS keyboard
- and the backlit display. Could get weight down to 2 lbs and extend
- battery life. The noise of the disk bothers me as much as its weight
- and power consumption. Of course, there could be the option of
- installing a PCMCIA type III disk-in-a-card...
