  34. The normal floppy controller fitted to the ST cannot cope with High Density
  35. disks. The solution is to get either a HD-interface (I think System
  36. Solutions in the UK sells it), or the new Atari floppy controller - AJAX -
  37. but I'm not sure if it will work with a standard ST.

  39. However, the HD-interface I have fitted to my MEGA ST1 required a fair bit
  40. of soldering.

  42. FCopy Professional from the ST Club and Harlekin 3 are two programs that
  43. can format High Density disks. The new TOS 2.06 would also be of use but
  44. it's not a requirement.
