  11. Hello all,  long time no see....

  13. Well I finally have my BBS software written and now am contemplating
  14. some serious disk space.

  16. I would like to know, if anyone has hooked up a BIG 200meg plus scsi
  17. drive to thier MEGA STE system, specifically:

  19. 1) Can the measily 80Watt power supply handle the startup sequence?
  20.  
  21. 2) Did you have to put the drive and mother board in a seperate case?
  22.  
  23. 3) What software do you find best to use on it?  (IE Supra?  Atari? ICD?)
  24.  
  25. And, what kind of performance do you get with the ONBOARD SCSI in your
  26. MEGA STE?

  28. I am looking at MAXTOR's 330MEG SCSI for my MEGA STE.  I would hate to blow
  29. that size of a wad and then find it won't work.
