  24. Very true. It's a "safe" way to be a little naughty.  And if one uses an
  25. anonymous address, it's the same logic as kids making crank phone calls.

  32. Well, maybe you have some really great educational discounts in Canada, but 
  33. down here I can't get a Sparc for $1500 which is what you can buy a bare-bones
  34. 486-66 for nowadays at retail.  P.S.:  Getting a Sparc 10 installed in my day
  35. job office soon... fun, fun, fun!

  39. I admit that at times, good natured "arguing" can be fun.  But "flaming" is a
  40. different animal altogether, IMHO, and certainly not a socially redeeming
  41. grace. :)  It reflects poorly on those who participate and makes the newsgroup
  42. a worthless waste of time rather than the help forum it could and should be.
  43. The ADVOCACY line helps... thanks to those that use it.
