  15. just a quick remark. I just exchanged my old DD drive in an 1990 MSTE 
  16. against a HD drive, I also changed DIP 7 to on. And guess what it worked at 
  17. once !!!!

  19. So before buying expensive hardware add-ons, check out if your MSTE can 
  20. handle a HD drive. The floppy controller, a WD 1772 02-02, gets a little 
  21. warmer, but it works !
