  17. book in e.g. chinese or russian, can't speak the language and say that's
  18. cheap? You even would by a even more expensive dictionary and a grammar
  19. book to learn the language from an instant?

  22. english speaking friends.

  24. English is established as the international language for scientific and
  25. computer science books, that's because english is a language that is
  26. spoken world wide. And that's why computer books are usually written in
  27. english.
