  23. Also the Falcon doesn't have the custom graphics chips that the 1200 has,
  24. so its going to be slower still. Remember the ST 68000 was faster than the
  25. the 68000 used in the Amiga - yet most Amiga games ran faster than their ST
  26. counterparts - because everything had to be done by the CPU in the ST.

  28. I can't see much changing - musicians will go for the Falcon, the general 
  29. public will go the 1200. In Europe its the games that sell machines, and 
  30. with its better graphics specifications, Atari marketing and the well known
  31. Amiga name, the 1200 will wipe the floor with the Falcon (when/if it becomes
  32. available).
