  26. I imagine it wasn't set up very well (and it was running on a nice large
  27. monitor), or it was starved for RAM (and using virtual memory to make up
  28. for it).

  30. It did feel faster than my ST (and it was _nice_ having the 16" monitor
  31. on there), but not (unfortunately) faster than the '486/33 I use at work.
  32. This is not to say I'd rather have the PC I use at work than the
  33. Quadra... it's just got enough RAM to use Windoze (ie, 8M of RAM) and a
  34. fast disk.
