  34. You call $7.2 billion "nasty"?  That has got to be the understatement of
  35. the year.  Here in the UK we are worrying about 3 1/2 entire countries being
  36. .038 billion pounds short a year!
  37.   Well OK, I am using the strict definition of a billion for the UK budget
  38. deficit and an American billion for IBM, but still $7 200 000 000.00 is the
  39. biggest corporate loss in the history of the known universe.
