- The TT hardware can handle all of the above (except the 5 serial ports,
- unless you got a VME Bus card for the extra one). As for software MiNT would
- handle the multitasking, four BBS nodes.. no problem. Batching news... the
- only bottle-neck might be that the filesystems are currently only single
- threaded. TCP/IP is being worked upon. By the way, the TT comes with 4
- serial ports as standard.

- My TT at the moment looks more like a BSD machine. I switch on, MiNT boots
- into multi user mode with a number of daemons running, then a getty is
- placed upon each of the serial ports allowing up to four interactive
- sessions.. what more do you want? Oh yes, the GCC libraries are very
- BSD-like also, it's almost compile and play for most unix C source.

- I thought you'd just like to know some correct info.

- If you're happy with your Amiga, that's fine with me.. I quite like them
- myself, though I wouldn't go out my way to use one, that's just my
- preference.
