  11. I had recently been having all sorts of trouble.  I couldn't format any
  12. disks, new software was always unreadable, my backups were failing.  I
  13. couldn't figure it out.  I decided that before I would blow my college
  14. fund on new floppy drives, I would get a disk head cleaning kit and try it
  15. out.

  17. After running that through my drives, I no longer have _any_ disk
  18. problems; whole boxes of disks that I thought were unusable are just fine.
  19. So from now on, I'm going to clean my disk heads once or twice a year.
