- A posting on behalf of Adam, my 6 year old brother:
-
-
- Do you know how to make any sound effects on Cartooners? It's a
- game we have and we don't know how to make some more sounds that
- we make up? Thank you.
-
-
- Er, some more explanation:
-
- Cartooners is an animation program, originally an Electronic
- Arts product (or distributed by them), that Big Red Computer
- Club now distributes. It's awesome!
-
- On to Adam's question: I can't figure out how to use sounds or
- music from other sources (e.g. raw data sound files, or Music
- Construction Set songs). The ad from Big Red says that Instant
- Music files should be compatible, but unfortunately we don't
- have this program.
-
- Does anyone know what format these sound/music files are in?
- The file type is binary, so that's not much help. Any
- enlightenment would be appreciated.
-
-
- P.S. The scenery pictures and actors are Deluxepaint II
- compatible (pictures and brushes, respectively). This point is
- documented in the manual; sound compatibility is not (unless
- we're missing something).
