- I've seen a few requests on how to correctly retrieve GSHK 1.1.

- Instead of using GSCII+ use Binscii--I'm not 100% sure why to do it,
- but it works. It creates the self-extracting file and that runs fine
- for me.

- I don't remember the technical reason behind it but it had
- to do with how a few bits were converted differently with GSCII+.
