- The EC040 has no functional floating point unit or MMU units.

- I would not expect Commodore to release a machine that has Zorro III
- slots but no MMU due to the problems this can cause with caches
- and burst access. If Commodore were to release a machine without a
- full blown 040, it would proably be a LC040. Of course anything can
