  22. My 1950 did that too, and as far as I know, the problem has been
  23. recognized by Commodore for a few years now, but nothing's been done
  24. about it.  My advice is save up and buy a new brand of monitor.  I
  25. did, although my SVGA monitor doesn't work with PAL.  Oh well...
