- I will, after I try the patch. Unfortunately, I'm here in California
- for a week, so I'll have to wait 'til Saturday to try the patch back
- home in Arizona. A friend of mine had heard this df0-df1 problem, as
- well.

- I noticed this at work, too (we have TONS of PeeCees). Some floppy
- drives format any disk, no problem. Others will not recognize (or even
- reformat) HD floppies that have been formatted low. I called 3M's
- 800 support number and the tech dude (I'm sure that's his official
- title) confirmed that some drives have this problem with their disks.
- He recommended the erase-the-disk-with-a-big-magnet method.
