  12.   Ok, my friend has his Seagate's DMA mask set to 0xfffe and it still
  13. causes the same problems (but not as bad as before).  Should he re-format
  14. the partition under that mask?  All cables & termination is correct, even
  15. fixed up the SCSI IDs on the drives (the Q52 is now ID 0 and the Seagate
  16. is ID 1).  An new ideas??
